problem with outlook account

i have aproblem when i add an account to outlook the account is microsoft exchange this message is appear when i check names (the name couldn’t be resolved.microsoft temporarily lost contact with the microsoft exchange server computer.some of the result in this window may be lost.please try the operation again) what can i do?
