I have a user who can’t get a good printed copy of PDF files that were scanned. He’s tried several different printers, same thing. He can email to co-workers and it prints just fine. When he prints, it comes out illegible, and what appears to be horizontal scan lines. It’s not legible at all. He noticed this one day after he had updated his computer with some automatic updates from Microsoft. Not saying that’s what it is, but that’s when he noticed it. Is this a quick fix or a process?
