Problem with router 2500 series

I just uploaded my router with a new ios. But I kept getting something that I didn’t use to see before. Here it is:

Router>
Loading network-confg … [timed out]

Loading cisconet.cfg ..
Loading router-confg .. [timed out]
..
Router> [timed out]

Loading ciscortr.cfg .

How can I stop that?
