Problem with Server 2003

I have installed server 2003 on my HP dv2500t laptop and also it is connected to the internet.
Most of the times when I start server, system throws a error “Windows explorer experienced a problem and need to close”. It appears continuously even after clicking Dont Send .
And more to that, if I click on icons like My computer or my documents, the desktop disappears and comes again, not allowing to open anything.
I used the Tweak earlier to restore the icons as suggested in some forums.
Is there a solution to my problem?
