I am running a Dell computer with Windows XP Home Edition w/SP2 and I have acquired 3 trojans and can’t get rid of them or find them.
I have run my virus scanner (AVG) and it doesn’t find them but I ran AD-Aware and it picks them up and my virus scanner shows them and it says they can’t be cleaned and I opened the file (which was hidden) which was
C:\System Volume Information\_Restore and it says the file is empty, so am not sure how to get rid of them, but I really need to, short of re-loading my Windows. I have done that before and it’s a lot of trouble.I would like to find a way to do it without having to re-load my windows.I also tried running Trend Micro on here and it didn’t find it either.
I hope someone can help me.

Oh yea. the virus is called Downloader Zlob.IBO. two are exe files and the third one is a dll. I got the names of the files from my avg but cannot find them on my computer.
