Problem with Virtual Drive 6.0

After loading Farstone Virtual Drive 6.0, a client of mine gets the following message

“MGR caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVCRT.DLL ….”

Has anyone had this problem, or know how to fix it.

I have had him uninstall and reload with no luck..
