Problem with Win7 Sys Image

Greg Shultz’s excellent article on system imaging with Win7 led me to try this tool, but it fails to launch, and the following error message appears:
The backup application could not start due to an internal error: Server Execution Failed (0x80080005).
Has anyone encountered this problem??? Any suggestions on what to do or what may be causing this?
