problem with windows installer

i recently loaded mindsoft utilities in my computer with windows XP OS.I then decided to uninstall the programme.After uninstallation, whenever i start my computer, the windows installer starts automatically and asks about installing mindsoft utilities.the same aslo happens when i try to start any other programme.please help
