Problem with wireless

hi members…..
actually, some of my office use wireless network.the problem come when they want orint their document, sometime them cannot get the printer.the printer actually connect to one of the staff..another problem is….also same also same wt first problem but this time, some of the user cannot get the ap, but the ap not for from them & sometime their connet to another ap not belog to us
