Problems Cloning For Dell Optiplex GX260 and GX270

I’ve got 20 dell computers Optiplex GX260 and Optiplex GX270. I have a dell restore disk with windows XP Professional SP2. When I copy the harddrive using Norton Ghost 2003, I would install the cloned harddrive into the computer and the computer would freeze when it would show the Winows Xp icon. What should I do or download?
