Problems connecting to share in DOS

Hi All

I posted the same question today but it was a rush job so i will explain in more detail.

I have a new server with server 2008 on and also have about 40 new acer pc’s in school and i want to take a image and deploy it out.

I have a network boot disk which boots up ok but when i try to access the network share

I get Error 5 Access is denied????

I have permissions on the share and the folder it self so it is not a permissions issue.

Any ideas would be helpful
