Problems with compatibility of Windows 7 and Rhapsody

I just got a new Dell Computer with Windows 7. I have an older mp3 player (iRiver Clix2) and it will not show up on the source device list. I’ve formatted, reset, tried all 3 USB ports, rebooted, redownloaded Rhapsody, and the player itself says, “USB connected”. I’ve seen some glimpses of comments saying that Windows 7 is not compatible (not sure that’s the right word — just know it’s not working). HELP?!
