Problems with IE7 and VPN?

I’ve recently upgraded my home office PC (Windows XP Pro)to IE7 and VPN connections no longer work. I’ve disabled firewall on the box, and verified that the VPN connection is still working from other, non-IE7 boxes from my home office. A fellow employee had this exact problem last night so I know it is associated with IE7. The VPN server we are connecting to hasn’t changed, its a Windows2k VPN server. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know of a resolution? Thank you.
