Problems with images\navigation bar (made with flash) in sbs 2003

Hi,

I?m having a problem with a website that i?ve configured in the IIS. Locally it works an on any computer in the inside network, but whenever I try to access the website from the outside, I get this error:

Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)

It?s not a problem with permissions to the images folder, because the guy who builded the page didn?t created any folder for the images, it?s everything in the route folder (I know that shouldn?t be like this, but it was not who build it).

How can I make the images and the flash bar to show?
