Problems with Microsoft Exchange 2000 Im

As Microsoft Solution Providers we have found Exchange 2000 to be some what unpredictable and difficult to handle. In particular we’ve had problems with databases and the 16GB storage limit.
How are fellow members who are Microsoft Professionals faring with this solution?
