Problems with my hp recovery process

I have tried the backspce ctrl key thing on previous post I have done this about 3 times and my pc is still giving errors.
It was giving errors while loading the 9 disks that hp sent to me!
Most of the errors are preload errors>>?
I am at a lost for what to do!
I will be starting school next week and was hoping to get my pc at least in running shape.
I have never had anything like this happen to me before, my hp is in such a bad mess!
