Problems With SSH on a Cisco 3845

I cannot remote connect into the router using SSH. Everything is enabled and looks to be all configured properly. I’ve tried changing the SSH password but it’s not working and I feel that I’m not doing something right. If some one could help me out and explain to me what needs to be done to reset the password i would greatly appreciate it.
