Problems With Windows Explorer

I have a problem with a few of my workstation that are new. Both have Windows 98se on them and both are connected to a Novell/NT network. The problem is that they do not completely boot up everytime, and the only thing I notice is that when I control alt delete. Explorer is not responding. After I end that session. It continues to load, but leave certain network apps out. If anyone has seen this problem before. Please e-mail me a solution at michael482@trdesk.com
