processor upgrade!

i have this old motherboard,supports up to 200 mhz(66mhz fsb) cpu speed.would it be ok to use a 233 mhz(66mhz fsb)cpu on it?i want to use a faster cpu but im not sure if the mboard can take it,i need you guys to help me out.
