Programs using FoxPro – Installing New Server

We are in the process of purchasing a new server. We are not migrating from the old server – fresh install and everything. Currently we run SBS 2003 but will be running SBS 2003 R2. We are currently running 2 programs that use Foxpro. I know nothing of Foxpro (and my boss knows this). In a few months these programs will no longer be used. How can I leave these programs on the old server, direct the users to this old server and still have the new server on the domain? I don’t want to load these programs on the new server. They will require access to the old files for years to come though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
