Projector presentation software

Hello, I have a unique situation and I was wondering if anyone has encountered it before and has a solution.

I have a facilitator who is doing demonstrations to people, they are using a desktop with 3 displays (2 monitors and one projector that everyone sees). What they want is to have the projector always duplicate the screen where the mouse cursor/focus currently is. I know I can duplicate screens using windows, but this is not dynamic when the user moves their mouse to the other screen.

Does anyone know of a software that can accomplish this, so I can set all three as extended displays in windows but have the software presenting the focus screen to the projector display?
