Proliant 1850R Server

Hello, Having some trouble with a server. The server is a proliant 1850R, it will power on for about 15 seconds and then power off. As long as the power button is in the on position it will continue to power on for 25 seconds then power off, power on, power off. The server is running OS5. The server does not seem to go through post at all. Any idea?
