Pro’s and con’s of Novell clustering

I’m looking for experiences with Novell 5.x clusters. Not the fancy sales talk, but the true story.

We’re a Netware 4 using company and are planning to upgrade to Netware 5.
At the same time we want to introduce Novell clustering.

Up to now Ionly have experience with MS/NT and Unix (HP & Sun) clustering. And those experiences are not very good. It takes a lot of effort from cluster specialists to get these clusters up and running. And every time a update of the HW or SW is needed these specialist are needed also, but they seldom are available.

Is that the same with Novell clustering?
What other pitfalls can anyone tell me (next to the sunshine stories of the vendor)?
