Prove that I am a DBA

I managed 17 Access databases at work that reside on a file server. Access is a relational database, with ODBC functions, data integrity is determined by relations, access can be controlled (security), performance, back-ups, etc… How can I convince my team that I too am a Database Administrator? Honest and good feedback is needed to prove my position and career. Any links or information that you can provide would also be great! Thanks!
