Provide Internet & email for 40 nodes

Current Internet & mail solution AOL – 12 dedicated analog lines, 4 shared modems, 40 nodes, 60 customers. Provide internet and email solution that is more cost effective. Cable modem not available. Network cat 5, 3 com superstack II hubs, 40 nodes, 4 printers, 4 servers (2 Novell & 2 NT4.0) T1 too costly. Need good isp provider Any recommendations.
