Proxy 2 – Configuring TCP/IP & UDP ports

I need to release/open port 9084 for TCP and UDP (both incoming and outgoing direction) from the firewall to allow making intranet-internet calls. Can you please give me a hand configuring these ports. Thank you very much & God bless you.
