Proxy Authenication Problem

Hello
I find a specific problem in my office.
We are using Symantec web security as proxy.
on some pc when user enter their credentials
a message prompt invalid user or password. User id and password both are correct.
I have installed windows update and clead history cokkies etc .
Please suggest any solution
