Proxy in GroupWise prints blank appts

We have a user that uses proxy in GroupWise for her boss and about 4 other people. She brings up their calendar and prints appts. for the day.

For some reason, now when she brings up someone’s appointments to print, there’s nothing there.

She has Win98, Novell Client 3.30 and nothing else spectacular on the system. McAfee isn’t the problem. I removed it and it still wouldn’t print appts.

Anyone have any ideas? We upgraded everything (one at a time) and updated the video driver (since this seems to cause a lot of problems) and still nothing.
