Proxy serv,Access violation-Inetinfo.exe

I have small busniss server NT,the Proxy it seems he does ‘t want to start,when I tried to let hem start(or one of itis serveces like WinSock Proxy or web Proxy..etc.. I got the folowing Dr watson notification:Application error has been occurred andan application error log is being generated inetinfo.exe.Exception :access violation 0xc0000005,address.0x63801e9e.to solve this problem i did the folowing:1-Install NT4 Sp6/2-Install Proxy Sp1/3-I deleted the file Inetinfo.exe from winnt.sbs and than I reinstall from an old backup type .alle these does’t help,PLZ I need help.what i have to do?????!!!!
