Proxy Server auto disconnect

I have a server running proxy server 2.0 with the lastest service pack. It’s connected to two other win 2000 machines. when the client’s connect the server will auto connect to the internet, but when your done surfing you have to manually disconnect at the server console, is there a way to have the server auto disconnect and how can it be done?
