Proxy settings – IE7 GPO not working

We are a citrix environment – we have been using a generic proxy via GPO to control the available websites with w2k3 \ IE6 this was working great. We have deployed a few server with W2k3 and IE7 and the GPO while pushing some of the other policies will not push the proxy piece – any ideas?
