Proxy Settings through AD using XPSP2 & IE7

I am using AD in a server 2003 enviroonment and clients using XP-SP2 IE6 and IE7. I have several policies affecting the behaviour of IE. However the one affecting the setting of the proxy server works only with the IE6 machines. All other policies work with both versions of IE.

I am open to try anything at this point. Thanks
