Proxy

i am using 11 PC’s in my office each connected work group (XP) all staffs have individual POP3 mail address so i wish to configure POP3 Address via proxy i should given specific outlook express only not full internet providing like google, yahoo anything they should not open their system any special proxy for configure it if we can how to configure it
