ps2 dead

I have an old Tekram P6b40-A4X motherboard that the ps2 connectors on seem to have died. All of a sudden i get “no keyboard attached” error on bootup even though i’ve tested it with 2 known good keyboards after the problem showed up.

I just wantto know if anyone has had this problem before and is it an indication that the entire board is about to die or is it possible it will work for quite some time.
