PS2 Mouse Port – pinouts required

I have an AT motherboard that has a 5 pin connector for a PS2 mouse port. I have obtained a suitable PS2 connector/cable assembly, however the 5 pin header wiring doesn’t match the pinnouts on the motherboard so I need to rewire the header. Does anybody out there have a pinnout diagram for a PS2 port???
