Public IP Address Issue

I just started with a new company last week. My company has 3 locations, all with DSL connections direct to the internet. The DSL router has an IP address of 200.200….., all the workstations have static IPs in the 200s as well. I will be rolling out a Win2K server in the next few weeks utilizing DHCP. Should the addresses be changed to something along the lines of 192.168…..?
