Published App wont run on Citrix

A customer has a 2000 server running Citrix Metaframe XP.
They have installed our application which runs fine in a session but will not run as a published application.

I have very little experience of Citrix, and I am having trouble find any relevant information regarding this problem.
Any help would be appreciated
