Qualcom 3G card driver needed

Since a recent virus attack, my Qualcom internet card wont work.. the drivers are missing or the setup program is corrupted.

The card ios model No GE202
FCC ID NCMOGE202
Possible S/n FX3875R19B

This little card fits in the side of my laptop and connects to internet by cdma or gsm
I have already checked the Qualcomm site with no results.
