Querying 2nd level TLD and ccTLD

I need to know if there is such tool or if you are able to provide me tools that can query a Top Level Domain (TLD) name or Country Code TLD (ccTLD).

The program should be able to query and list all the variations in a TLD. For example if I am to query on New Zealand ccTLD (.NZ) the
program should be able to list all variations of second level TLD as listed below.
AC.NZ|CO.NZ |CRI.NZ|GEN.NZ|GOVT.NZ|IWI.NZ
MIL.NZ|NET.NZ|ORG.NZ|SCHOOL.NZ

This automated domain query program must be able to run on Win NT, and summarize the findings. Such as, there are 10 second level TLD in .NZ domain, and these 10 are, AZ.NZ, CO.NZ, etc etc etc.
