Question about Dynamic and Basic Disks

Does anyone know what is the simplest way to revert from W2K Dynamic disk to basic? I know the conversion can be done only one way (basic to dynamic). Should we perform a backup/restore, use PartitionMagic5 (if dynamic is supported), and/or any hidden admin conversion or tips?
