Question about smartphones

In some smartphones there are two different types of storage. UFS 3.0 and UFS 3.1 . 3.0 comes in budget smartphones and 3.1 comes in flagship level smartphones. So actually what is difference between 3.0 and 3.1 what advantages are there in 3.1 over 3.0 .
