Question about the 100 mb partition of 2008 server

It’s not about what the partition is used for, it’s more of how you remove it. I just finished my 2008 server class at my school and I installed Windows 7, it let me remove everything except the 100 mb partition. It’s not that I’m going to run out of space it seeings how I have over 1TB of hard drive space, it just bothers me that I am unable to remove it. Any help is appreciated.
