Question AutoCAD LT 2000i will not work

I have been using Autocad LT 2000i for sometime.

When I try to use it now I get an error message, all file locations for data
storage are either missing or are marked read only.

Any Idea as to what has happened to My Computer.

I am using Windows XP, Service Pack 3.
