Question on reload command switch on Cisco 3825 series router

Hello,

I have two Cisco 3825 Series Routers which I need to reboot. Both routers had the latest firmware images uploaded to them and were rebooted a few months ago. However, the routers did not load the new flash image and used the old flash image.

My manager said it is possible to force a router to load a specific image on a reload but he could not remember the exact syntax. I spent several hours today running searches looking for it and I struck out.

Does anyone here know the syntax to get the router to reload and use the new firmware image on the reboot?
