question regarding time synchronization

Hi,

I have the following issue:

On my Novell servers I enter the time command it displays the following:

time synchronization is active
time is synchronized to the network

on the main server
……….. UTC
…………MST

on 2 other server
…………UTC
…………AST

The situation is that the UTC time is equal on all servers, but the MST and AST are not at the same time (4 hour difference)

What’s MST and AST ? and how can I set them to be at the same time ?
preferable synchronization on the local network.
