Quickbooks Pro vs Premier

Does anyone have experience with Quickbooks Pro vs Premier? We use Pro and were thinking of upgrading, but it seems expensive for the better reports, budgeting, forecasting, etc. Or, maybe something else altogether would be better. We have a small chain of self-storage facilities.
