Quickbooks/Remote Access help

For the life of me, I cannot get Quickbooks (2006 Premier edition) to open when using a remote access. It works fine when I am at the server itself (Win 2003 server with Windows 2000). We run terminal services through the server, and many of us use “remote destop connection” to work from home. I am set up with full administrative priveleges, so I am stumped as to what could be keeping Quickbooks from opening. Does anyone have an idea, please? Thanks for any help.
