radio stream to mp3 stream?

Is there a way i can run a radio stream (“https://www.goqradio.com/tyroneandfermanagh/radioplayer/” to be exact) through some kind of a compatibility layer to convert it to a .mp3, .m3u or .pls stream so i can play it through a games inbuilt radio player without creating a permanent copy (recording) the file?
