Radius as the front end for an S/Key or other One Time Password service

Has anyone out there implemented Radius as the front end for S/Key or other One Time Password service as the authentication method on the back end?

I am specifically interested in interfacing Cisco’s ACS server via Radius communication to a backend OTP service.
