RADIUS server implementation

hi there, I want to setup my radius server to authenticate my end user. Say, if I am using NavisRadius of Lucent, what should I do to set up the environment?. My queries are, When an user is authenticated through the RADIUS server, how could I get the user related details like Cell ID, IP Address etc from the RADIUS server’s database.

Also, how the radius server will redirect the end user to my application (a web based application).

Please help me out at the earliest.
